I love, love, love what I do,” says Sherry Morris, owner of J&S Picture Frame Warehouse. “We have a great business and a great team that works well together. We try to make sure no customer leaves here unhappy with either the service or the quality of work they received.”
For 36 years, Morris has served the community for all custom photograph and artwork framing needs. In 2001 she incorporated photograph restoration, scanning and large format printing into her business. If you come to our business to have an item framed, and after all is completed, tell me you do not like the mat selection, then we will get together and look for a new one. We’ve had customers return after taking their work home, and tell us that the colour or style is just not right. We will then make it right.” Selecting the proper frame and matting can be difficult, Morris acknowledges. “When a customer has their project hanging in their home, we want them to be totally satisfied and happy with it.”
