One of them was a leaking basement for the past 5 years. K & S Contracting came in and dug up all around our basement and applied a vapour barrier. To do this, they had to dig up both our yard and our neighbour's yard and remove the fence. When it was all done K & S put back both of our yards and the fence to perfect condition.
